Crypto.com CEO debuts AI agent platform ai.com via Super Bowl

Crypto.com CEO launches AI.com with Super Bowl ad for personal AI agents.

  • crypto.com CEO Kris Marszalek launched AI.com, a platform for creating personal AI agents, with a Super Bowl ad reaching over 100 million viewers.
  • The beta platform allows users to reserve a username and join a queue to access AI agents for tasks like email management, trip planning, and subscription cancellations.
  • Marszalek’s strategy mirrors his Crypto.com playbook, leveraging a premium domain (reportedly bought for a historic sum) and massive marketing for a rapid public launch.
  • The Super Bowl’s AI advertising blitz included 30-second spots from tech giants like Google, Anthropic, Amazon, and Meta, each costing around $8 million.

During Super Bowl 60 on NBC, Crypto.com CEO Kris Marszalek unveiled his ambitious new venture, AI.com, launching it publicly with a commercial that captivated over 100 million viewers. The platform promises users the ability to create personal AI agents capable of handling everyday digital chores.

For now, early adopters can only register a username and wait in a queue. Once access is granted, these AI agents will perform tasks ranging from managing emails and scheduling to shopping and trip planning.

Marszalek stated his mission is to accelerate artificial general intelligence through a decentralized network of autonomous AI agents. This launch follows competitive moves like OpenAI‘s enterprise-focused Frontier platform and the popular OpenClaw agent from engineer Peter Steinberger.

Consequently, the immediate public response was overwhelming. Marszalek reported “insane traffic” that briefly crashed the website shortly after it went live.

Meanwhile, the Super Bowl featured a significant AI advertising push from other tech heavyweights. Google, Anthropic, Amazon, and Meta all ran high-profile commercials for their AI products.

These companies reportedly paid around $8 million for their 30-second advertisements during the massive sporting event. A pseudonymous crypto and AI researcher compared Marszalek’s latest move to his successful scaling of Crypto.com, noting the combination of a prime domain and colossal marketing reach.
