A significant collaboration between leading cryptocurrency media platforms materialized at Thailand Blockchain Week with the formation of Layer East Media.

The alliance represents a strategic initiative to connect Western and Eastern Web3 ecosystems through coordinated media coverage.

Founding Members and Core Mission

Eight founding members established the foundation through a formal Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), including HashKey Capital, Coinpost, Bitcoin Addict, Coin68, PANews, Odaily, and Coinvestasi.

The alliance expanded to include additional prominent crypto media outlets such as Crypto Times, Tokenpost, CoinNess, Foresight News, Blockbeats, Techflow, Chaincatcher, Blocktempo, and Wu Blockchain.

Strategic Objectives and Market Impact

"Layer East Media is building a new frontier for crypto media across Asia," stated Decrypt Co-Founder Ilan Hazan.

The alliance aims to provide Western Web3 projects with access to trusted media channels and market-specific insights across diverse Asian markets.

Layer East Media positions itself as an information clearinghouse for Web3 media, brands, investors, and policymakers throughout the APAC region.
