The company – headquartered in London – announced the registration of its Irish subsidiary with the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) in Luxembourg on Friday, March 10.

Benefits of relocation

It is estimated that this relocation will help Zodia attract more customers in the fund management sector, as Luxembourg is widely recognized as a leading center in this area.

In addition, the relocation will allow the company to expand its activities across the entire European Union before new regulations on cryptocurrencies come into force, facilitating the transfer of records between member states.

It is important to note that Zodia is in negotiations with regulatory authorities
