Theta Labs announced today that Peking University, one of China‘s most prestigious research institutions and a top-10 globally ranked computer science program, has selected its EdgeCloud AI platform for advanced research applications.
The addition marks a substantial expansion of Theta’s academic presence, which includes partnerships with University of Oregon, Korea.edu/sites/en/index.do”>Korea University, and several other prominent institutions.

Professor Zhen Xiao, who leads the initiative at Peking University, brings significant expertise with over 100 published papers and nearly 8,000 citations in distributed systems and AI research.
