Slippage claims they met Bastille in July 2024 and soon began launching cryptocurrencies together. The partnership soured when Bastille allegedly accused Slippage of stealing $40,000, only to later discover a close associate was responsible. During a trip to Japan, Bastille reportedly became aggressive while drunk and left Slippage alone at a casino where “weird gross men” harassed them.

Despite the abuse, the pair continued launching tokens, with Bastille allegedly keeping 85% of profits. Slippage describes the arrangement as deeply exploitative, stating, “Sometimes he didn’t pay me at all.” They also accuse Bastille of pushing them into unwanted sexual acts. “My words, discomfort and boundaries were not enough for him to stop,” Slippage wrote.

The relationship ended after a car crash in Norway left Slippage with six spinal fractures, a lung contusion, and a concussion requiring a brace for three months. Medical bills reached €50,000 ($57,000), but Bastille allegedly refused to pay €6,000 ($6,800) toward a hospital bill. Slippage says Bastille continued to hound them despite the breakup. They ultimately decided to dox him, writing, “The only thing I could do is to bring some balance to the universe.”
