- NVIDIA maintains strong buy ratings from Wall Street, with Wolfe Research reiterating a $275 price target implying over 60% upside.
- The company’s new Rubin Ultra Pods for “agentic AI” data centers could boost revenue by 50% on top of standard GPU racks.
- CEO Jensen Huang indicated a potential production rate of 200 pods per week, a figure that could drastically impact revenue projections through 2027.
- AWS has committed to purchasing 1 million Nvidia GPUs through 2027, a deal that contributed to a Bank of America forecast of a $300 stock price.
Despite a slow start to 2026, Nvidia stock is viewed as having massive upside for the year, buoyed by recent announcements at its GTC event that have convinced shareholders. Wall Street analysts, including Wolfe Research, continue to rate NVDA as a buy, making it a fan-favorite among AI stocks.
Wolfe analyst Chris Caso specifically highlighted the less-understood Rubin Ultra Pods as key blueprints for next-generation “agentic AI” data centers. Consequently, these new racks, which include Groq chips, are seen as a major upside not yet reflected in financial forecasts.
Each pod contains about $150 million in Nvidia components, with two-thirds coming from traditional VR200 racks. The new add-ons like CPUs and Groq chips, however, could deliver a significant 50% more revenue on top of the standard compute racks.
Furthermore, CEO Jensen Huang discussed the scale of potential demand on the Lex Fridman podcast, stating, “We’re probably going to have to crank out about 200 of these per week.” Taking that figure at face value suggests a staggering monthly revenue possibility compared to current yearly estimates.
For NVDA to reach a $300 price, it would need a nearly 70% jump in less than a year. This ambitious target is supported by the demand for Blackwell and Vera Rubin architectures through 2027, which are expected to power the stock’s growth.
The high-volume buying is now also driven by Amazon Web Services, which is committed to purchasing 1 million Nvidia GPUs through 2027. Meanwhile, Uber revealed its self-driven taxis, powered by Nvidia, will hit the road in 2027.
