A few days ago, the renowned jewelry house Tiffany & Co. made its entry into the world of NFT and cryptocurrencies through custom-designed CryptoPunk pendants from the jewelry house’s NFTiff collection and in partnership with Chain, the blockchain software service provider.
So those who are interested can go to the house’s new NFT website – given the cute name NFTiff – and purchase a CryptoPunk pass that allows them to order not only a pendant and Tiffany’s pixel-inspired necklace, but also a digital version of it as an NFT from Chain.
Only 250 can get this pass – the number is limited – and only a maximum of three each; delivery of each pendant is in the house’s familiar packaging.
The project was born when Alexandre Arnault, executive vice president in product and communications at Tiffany & Co. posted a photo of a custom-designed interpretation of his own CryptoPunk #3167 and caught the attention of Deepak Thapliyal, CEO of Chain, who contacted him seeking collaboration.
