  • The combined platform converts raw data into authenticated, tradable digital property in real time, supporting AI workloads, media analytics, identity verification, credentialing, and secure data commerce.
  • DVLT shares rose 2.2% in premarket trading following the announcement.

On Thursday, Datavault AI Inc. (DVLT) said it will expand its partnership with IBM to deploy enterprise-grade AI at the edge in New York and Philadelphia using the SanQtum AI micro edge data center network, with full deployment expected by Q1 2026 and plans to extend to additional metropolitan areas. The move aims to bring processing closer to data sources and reduce reliance on centralized cloud pipelines.

The deployment will support data storage, real-time processing and scoring, tokenization, and ultra-low-latency performance for enterprise use. By operating at the edge, the platform is intended to accelerate AI workloads and media analytics where low latency matters.

Datavault AI said it will integrate its Information Data Exchange and DataScore agents with SanQtum AI, enabling enterprises to process and tokenize data at the point of creation. This integration is designed to transform raw data into authenticated, tradable digital property in real time.

Use cases listed for the combined platform include AI workloads, media analytics, identity verification, credentialing, and secure data commerce. The companies said the approach seeks to remove dependence on centralized cloud pipelines by enabling on-site tokenization and data scoring.

Following the announcement, DVLT shares were up 2.2% in premarket trading. For reference to the graphic used in the original release, see the Google icon image.
