VCI Global Limited announced on Friday that its Enterprise AI GPU Lounge, powered by NVIDIA Blackwell technology, has reached turnkey readiness and is close to entering operation. The lounge is located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and the company said it aims to start enterprise workloads by late January 2026. The project seeks to give regulated enterprises, governments, and multinationals access to advanced compute without upfront capital investment.
The facility will operate on a subscription, usage-driven model so customers can scale compute to match workload demand. V Gallant, a subsidiary, will manage the site using its Intelli-X platform. The company also plans the lounge to support testing, orchestration, and command-and-control functions for robotics, autonomous systems, and drone technologies as part of its 2026 roadmap.
Market reaction to the news was strong but mixed. Shares of the firm closed more than 41% higher on Friday, then fell over 7% in after-market trading. Retail investor sentiment on social platforms rose from “bullish” to “extremely bullish,” and message volume increased sharply.
Some retail commenters highlighted the company’s reported financial strength and its largest shareholder ties to a major stablecoin issuer, while others warned against over-optimism due to missing details on how many NVIDIA GPUs will be deployed. Shares have declined substantially over the past year, sliding from about $1,044 in January 2025 to $0.96 at present.
“With the AI GPU Lounge entering operational readiness, we are introducing a scalable and capital-efficient platform that enables enterprises to deploy advanced AI capabilities without the traditional burden of infrastructure ownership. This marks an important step as we advance toward Physical AI and intelligent automation use cases,” said Dr. Chan Wai Mun, Chief Operating Officer of V Gallant.
