Neblio is excited to announce its new 3-way partnership with Earlymarket LLP, an enterprise that provides incubation for early-stage companies with potential, and Angel Investment Network, a VC network that connects hopeful investors with startup companies that need funding.
Together, these 3 have formed Neblio Ventures, a project that seeks to provide early blockchain application companies with the funding and nurturing environment they need to thrive.
Earlymarket is a London firm with a 100% success rate for all 18 companies they’ve chosen to incubate to self-sufficiency. When they elect a company, they provide them with capital, management advice, tech, and a centralized workspace.
Together with Angel Investment Network, they have decided to provide an incubator and funding specifically for high-potential blockchain projects. Impressed by their strong team, multiple coding languages, and long-term prospects, they then chose Neblio to be their 3rd member.
Earlymarket LLP states the concept for Neblio Ventures came about due to an influx of pitches from blockchain-related startups. They state:
We believe nowadays, the focus of many people is placed too much on whether or not bitcoin has any intrinsic value, and trying to dig out more which coin is really ideal to be used as currency rather than nurturing projects with a known feasible purpose. Indeed, this is why we are looking forward nurturing a community of blockchain entrepreneurs on the Neblio network.
What is Neblio Ventures?
A venture captial firm based in London, Neblio Ventures helps fund blockchain startups by providing capital, experience, and crucial incubation until they’re ready to step out into the real world.
It has 2 programs through which it will achieve this:
- Incubator Program, which will focus on nurturing brand-new businesses, worth on average 50K euros, but ranging from 10K-150K.
- Accelerator Program, which will provide mentorship for further along projects, worth on average 200K euros, but ranging from 100K-1M.
This introductory video provides a quick overview of the project:
Neblio Ventures has high goals, with a target of 15 deals completed by the end of 2018 and 50 deals by the end of 2019. In the long term, they hope to fuel mass adoption of blockchain technology by providing crucial early-stage support for a new generation of blockchain applications.
