Monero (XMR)’s achievements and popularity
Regarding Monero (XMR), the privacy coin maintains its popularity, even though a lot of events have toyed with its reputation. eo
Monero has been in the spotlight for great achievements as well lately, and one of them is the fact that Gate.io revealed that it was introducing a Perpetual Contract Trading product for more digital; assets including Monero (XMR) and Stellar (XLM).
This is really important because the cryptospace is currently somehow blocked by the lack of more clarity and regulation and the SEC seems to keep delaying decisions and deadlines.
A lot of voices in the cryptosphere have been wondering what catalyst could lead to the revival of the crypto markets, and until recently the answer used to be Bakkt.
But now, it seems that the launch of Bakkt has been delayed due to more reasons but most likely the main one of the government shutdown.
Gate.io did not wait for any approval, and they went on with their plans.
The online publication writes that “Ever since income inequality began gaining prominence in the media, criticism for the wealthy has increased. Rather than be envied and adored for their wealth, wealth is now facing criticism, irrespective of how it is acquired.”
